Am I getting old or are these dances completely out of control?? The chicken noodle soup? It does provide lots of comic relief so that’s enough for me. Anyway, tomorrow night I join the Rude Movements fam for another monthly installment. This time they’re welcoming a pair of APT originals, Darshan Jesrani and Morgan Geist of Metro Area. Their ‘Party Out of Bounds’ helped set the pace for APT early on, and their sound has been instrumental in shaping the NYC dance music scene and then there’s me upstairs. Friday I depart to LA to meet the Negroclash crew for a Cali take over and then Hawaii for some gigs with Myles (yesss!) for and then back to the grind in NYC. LA folks hit me up. More details to come.
